These terms apply to purchases made on orbitconsole.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

The product

OrbitConsole is a desktop satellite tracking console. It relies on publicly available orbital element data and on your Wi-Fi network. Position and pass predictions are estimates and depend on the freshness of that public data; they are provided for hobby and educational use, not for navigation or safety-critical purposes.

Pre-orders, pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase and may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Sales tax is applied where required.

Delivery

Ship dates are estimates. See Shipping, pre-orders and returns for the current schedule, the Christmas delivery cutoff and what happens if a run is delayed.

Returns and warranty

Thirty-day returns after delivery and a one-year limited warranty, as described on the shipping and returns page. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Software updates

The device receives free over-the-air updates. Some features described on this site as planned may ship in a later update.
