Pre-orders

OrbitConsole is sold as a pre-order for the first production run. Your card is charged in full when you place the order. Your place in the run is set by the time of your order.

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your unit ships. Email hello@orbitconsole.com with your order number and the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping

• The first run ships from the United States in early December 2026.
• Shipping is free to the United States and Canada.
• Orders placed by December 12, 2026 are scheduled to arrive before December 25 in the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and later orders arrive in January.
• You receive a tracking number by email when your unit ships. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties collected by the carrier.

If the run is delayed we tell you by email as soon as we know, with a new date, and you keep the right to cancel for a full refund.

Returns after delivery

If it is not for you, return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. Email us for a prepaid return label (US). Units that are damaged through misuse may be subject to a restocking deduction.

Warranty

OrbitConsole carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We repair or replace defective units at no charge.
