What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone, shipping address and order details. Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• When you join the notify list: your email address only.
• When you visit: standard analytics (Google Analytics) about pages viewed and device type. We do not sell this data.

How we use it

To fulfil and support your order, to send build and shipping updates, and, if you opted in, to tell you when the device ships. Transactional email is sent through Resend.

The device

OrbitConsole itself has no account. The address you enter during setup stays on the device and is used only to compute passes over your location. The device fetches public orbital data from CelesTrak and Space-Track and firmware updates from our servers.
